 Alexandra Kinova, the 23-year-old from Czech Republic has defied odds of 50 million to one to conceive the five babies without using IVF.
 
  According to media reports, when the babies are delivered on Sunday by caesarean section, they will become Czech Republic’s first set of quins.
 The Daily Mail reports that Kinova wasn't even aware that she was carrying five babies until just last month when doctors at the Prague Institute for the Care of Mother and Child said she was actually pregnant with more than one child.
 Alexandra Kinova from Milovice, about 30 km east of Prague, smiles as she waits for the delivery of quintuplets at Prague's maternity hospital in Podoli.
 Kinova, who already has one son, did not realise she was carrying five babies until last month. The odds of conceiving quins naturally is one is several million, according to experts.
